The simple answer—very fit! The Challenge is a physically rigorous team competition designed to test your strength, endurance, and agility. While the workout changes every year, dynamic exercises such as burpees, weight step-ups, stationary rowing, and medicine ball sit-ups have been included in the past.

The Family Fun Zone is appropriate for kids between the ages of 0 and 12 years old. Kids can enjoy activities such as rock climbing, arts and crafts, fun runs, an inflatable obstacle course, a balloon art station, putting green, and more!

After you register for the event, you will receive an email with instructions about how to create your very own fundraising page. You can easily share your fundraising page on your social media accounts to impact the lives of even more kids!
