Prepare to push your limits in The Challenge! Created by a team of expert athletes and fitness professionals, this competition tests strength, endurance, and agility. While The Challenge workout changes each year, dynamic exercises such as burpees, weighted step-ups, stationary rowing and medicine ball sit-ups have been included in the past.
